S2 Engineering Hot Water Systems adhere to Current Best Practice standards and international specifications, including Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

Individual Clean Hot Water Generation: Up to 95°C (203°F).

Design Features:

  • Materials: Stainless Steel (316 or 316L) for optimal chemical and heat compatibility.
  • Elastomers: FDA-approved Teflon, EPDM, Silicone, and Viton gaskets and diaphragms.
  • Drainage: Fully drainable tanks with a minimum slope of 1/8” per foot.
  • Hygiene: Bug trap-free design, minimised dead legs (≤ 2 pipe diameters), and smooth surfaces with high mechanical polish.
  • Pumping: Mechanically sealed centrifugal or canned motor pumps for leak-tight operation.
  • Heat Transfer: Gasketed or welded plate heat exchangers for efficient heat transfer.
  • Temperature Control: 2-way or 3-way globe control valves for precise temperature management.
  • Expansion: Expansion tank to accommodate thermal fluid volume changes.
  • Protection: Strainers and non-return valves to protect pumps and equipment.
  • Instrumentation: Temperature transmitters and pressure gauges for accurate parameter measurement.
  • Electrical Components: Flameproof construction for drive motors and wiring.
  • Piping: Seamless pipes and fittings in SS304 or as specified.
